DRAINING OPERATION DEVICE AND TOILET DEVICE EQUIPPED THEREWITH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining operation device which has a draining operation system for draining operation of washing water from a washing water tank to a toilet bowl while allowing proper selection of and easy change into a manual or electric operation form depending on the usage conditions of the washing water tank and the toilet bowl, resulting in ease of use.SOLUTION: A draining operation device 1 includes a drain valve 22 for opening/closing a drainage port 20 of a water storage tank 16, a manual operation unit 24 provided in the washing water tank for manually operating the behavior of the drain valve, an electric operation unit 26 for electrically operating the behavior of the drain valve, and a control device 12 for receiving a toilet bowl washing start signal transmitted from an instruction device 28 to which a user instructs toilet bowl washing operation or a human sensor 30 which detects the user, to allow the operation of an electrically-driven motor 58. The electric operation unit is provided separately from the manual operation unit so as to be removable from the washing water tank or the toilet bowl depending on the usage conditions of a washing water tank device 14 or a toilet bowl body 4.
【課題】洗浄水タンクから便器への洗浄水の排水を操作する排水操作方式について、洗浄水タンクや便器の使用状況に応じて手動又は電動の方式に適宜選択して容易に変更することができ、使い勝手を向上させることができる排水操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の排水操作装置1は、貯水タンク１６の排水口２０を開閉する排水弁２２と、洗浄水タンクに設けられて排水弁の動作を手動により操作可能な手動操作ユニット２４と、排水弁の動作を電動により操作可能な電動操作ユニット２６と、使用者が便器洗浄操作を指示する指示装置２８又は使用者を検知する人感センサ３０から送信される便器洗浄開始信号を受信して電動駆動モータ５８を作動させる制御装置１２と、を有し、電動操作ユニットは、手動操作ユニットとは別体に設けられていると共に、洗浄水タンク装置１４又は便器本体4の使用状況に応じて洗浄水タンク又は便器に対して取り外し可能に設けられている。【選択図】図２
