BLOCKING-UP METHOD OF JOINT PART BETWEEN CAISSONS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blocking up a joint part between existing caissons by a simple method.SOLUTION: This blocking-up method blocks up a joint part in the longitudinal direction, by erecting an injection outer pipe 11 of putting an inflatable bag body part 12 on an outer surface in the longitudinal direction in the joint part, erecting an injection pipe 21 in the injection outer pipe, forming at least a part of a longitudinal directional space in the injection outer pipe as a closing space 20 by inflating a pair of freely extensible bag-shaped parts 23 and 24 provided above and below the injection pipe in the injection outer pipe by water supplied from the injection pipe, filling a filler supplied from the injection pipe between an outer surface of the injection outer pipe and the bag body part via a hole provided in a closing space and the injection outer pipe, blocking up at least a part of the longitudinal directional space of the joint part by forming a filling body 30 between the joint part and the injection outer pipe by inflating the bag body part, and repeating filling by the filler by moving the injection pipe in the longitudinal direction in the injection outer pipe after decompressing in the bag-shaped part in the next place, for blocking up the joint part 91 between an existing caisson 90 and a caisson 90.
【課題】既設のケーソン間の目地部を簡便な方法で閉塞する方法を提供する。【解決手段】この閉塞方法は、既設のケーソン90とケーソン90との間の目地部91を閉塞するために、膨張可能な袋体部12を外面に被せた注入外管11を目地部に縦方向に建て込み、注入外管内に注入管21を建て込み、注入管の上下に設けた伸縮自在の一対の袋状部23,24を注入管から供給された水により注入外管内で膨らませて注入外管内の縦方向の空間の少なくとも一部を閉鎖空間20にし、注入管から供給された充填材を閉鎖空間および注入外管に設けた孔を通して、注入外管の外面と袋体部との間に充填し、袋体部を膨張させて目地部と注入外管との間に充填体30を形成することで、目地部の縦方向の空間の少なくとも一部を閉塞し、次に袋状部内を減圧してから注入管を注入外管内で縦方向に移動させ、充填材による充填を繰り返すことで目地部を縦方向に閉塞する。【選択図】図10
