PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick-hardening cement kneaded material which can be satisfied also in the quality respect simply and at a low cost.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of specified cement kneaded material includes: a conveyance process in which the cement kneaded material is conveyed from a manufacture site of the cement kneaded material to a use site of the specified cement kneaded material; a measurement process in which it is measured what extent of an input quantity per one time into a drum of a mixer having an inner volume of the drum arranged on the use site of the specified cement kneaded material, of 1000 L or less into the drum; an input process in which the cement kneaded material conveyed on the conveyance process and specified cement admixture are inputted into the drum in the mixer having the inner volume of 1000 L or less, by a quantity corresponding to the measurement quantity measured in the measurement process; and a kneading process in which inputted material is kneaded by actuation of the mixer after the input process.
