PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation ladder having a simple structure which can quickly transport users as well as which can safely evacuate users.SOLUTION: An evacuation ladder 7 is a device for evacuating passengers and crew from a train car to a railway track 1. The evacuation ladder 7 functions as a ladder for passengers and crew to move up/down which is used when they are evacuated to the railway track 1, as well as functions as a transportation ladder which is used when passengers in which some limitations have been created in their moving actions of walking are transported on the railway track 1. The evacuation ladder 7 is travelably placed on rails 2R, 2L so that the length direction of the evacuation ladder 7 is nearly perpendicular to the length direction of the rails 2R, 2L. The evacuation ladder 7 is attachably/detachably installed, for example, in a space of an underfloor area of the train car or in the train car, and is also attachably/detachably installed in a space in evacuation places arranged in a tunnel at predetermined intervals.
【課題】簡単な構成で利用者を速やかに搬送することができるとともに、利用者を安全に避難させることができる避難用梯子を提供する。【解決手段】避難用梯子７は、車両と軌道１との間で乗客及び乗務員を避難させるための装置である。避難用梯子７は、乗客及び乗務員を軌道１上に退避させるときに使用される昇降用梯子として機能するとともに、歩行による移動行動に何らかの制約が生じている乗客を軌道１上で搬送するときに使用される搬送用梯子としても機能する。避難用梯子７は、この避難用梯子７の長さ方向とレール２Ｒ，２Ｌの長さ方向とが略直交するように、レール２Ｒ，２Ｌ上に走行可能に載せられる。避難用梯子７は、例えば、車両の床下又は車内の空間に着脱自在に設置したり、トンネル内に所定の間隔をあけて配置されている退避所内の空間に着脱自在に設置したりする。【選択図】図２
