DAM GATE CONTROL DEVICE, DAM GATE CONTROL PROGRAM AND DAM GATE CONTROL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction of an outflow rate resulting from a time difference necessary for the closing of a plurality of dam gates.SOLUTION: When an outflow rate setting value receiving part 26 receives a command for discharging water at a second outflow rate which is larger than a first outflow rate by opening a gate which is different from a plurality of gates after closing a plurality of the gates from a state that a plurality of the gates which are arranged at a dam are opened, and water is discharged at the first outflow rate, a gate control part 28 decides close operation start times Ts1, Ts2 of a plurality of the dams so that gate close operation finish times Te of a plurality of the gates coincide with one another. Furthermore the gate control part 28 starts close operations of the respective gates at the decided close operation start times Ts1, Ts2 of a plurality of the gates.
【課題】複数のダムゲートを閉じるまでに要する時間差に起因する放流量の減少を抑制する。【解決手段】放流量設定値受付部26が、ダムに設けられた複数のゲートを開いて第1放流量で放流している状態から、複数のゲートを閉じた後、複数のゲートと異なるゲートを開いて第1放流量より大きい第2放流量で放流する指示を受け付けると、ゲート制御部28は、複数のゲートのそれぞれのゲート閉動作終了時刻Teが一致するように複数のダムゲートのそれぞれの閉動作開始時刻Ts1,Ts2を決定する。また、ゲート制御部28は、決定した複数のゲートのそれぞれの閉動作開始時刻Ts1,Ts2に、各ゲートの閉動作を開始する。【選択図】図4
