EMERGENCY STOREHOUSE LOCKING SYSTEM AND EMERGENCY STOREHOUSE ELECTRIC LOCKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize certainly supplementation to a user of the facility of drinks, household goods etc. in an emergency storehouse even in a case where a manager is absent under emergency.SOLUTION: An emergency storehouse locking system of the present invention comprises: an electric locking device 12 automatically locking/unlocking a door 11; a storing part 17 storing a plurality of authentication information specific to a plurality of users respectively; a card reader 13 reading the from an authentication card 15 storing the authentication information; and a controlling part 16. The controlling part 16 has a construction for determining whether the authentication information read out by the card reader 13 matches with the authentication information stored in the storing part 17, or not. In a case where a predetermined number of authentication information read out by the card reader 13 matches with a plurality of authentication information stored in the storing part 17 within a predetermined time period, the controlling part 16 controls the electric locking device 12 to unlock the door 11 if the electric locking device 12 has been in a locking mode.
【課題】災害時に管理者が不在であっても、防災用倉庫内の飲食料品や日用品等を施設利用者に確実に供給する。【解決手段】本発明に係る防災用倉庫用施錠システムは、扉11を電動で施解錠する電気錠装置12と、複数の利用者のそれぞれに固有の複数の認証情報を記憶する記憶部17と、認証情報を記憶した認証カード15から、認証情報を読み取るカードリーダ13と、カードリーダ13で読み取った認証情報と、記憶部17に記憶された認証情報とが一致するか否かを照合するように構成されていて、カードリーダ13で読み取られた認証情報が、記憶部17に記憶された複数の認証情報の内、所定時間内に所定数一致する場合に、電気錠装置12が施錠状態であれば電気錠装置12を制御して扉11を解錠する制御部16と、を備える。【選択図】図2
