AQUATIC ORGANISM ADHESION REDUCING MEMBER AND AQUATIC ORGANISM ADHESION REDUCING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for suppressing mass proliferation of adhesive aquatic organisms in a simple and effective manner.SOLUTION: There is provided an aquatic organism adhesion reducing member A arranged on surface B1 of a coast structure B. A large number of long strip pieces 2 short strip pieces 3 are formed in a standing manner on a base surface 1 of the member A. The long strip pieces 2 have a height d1 of 20 to 33 mm from the base surface. The short strip pieces 3 have a height d2 of 10 to 18 mm from the base surface 1. The member A may simply and effectively suppress mass proliferation of adhesive aquatic organisms, thus may suppress accumulation of dead or dropped subjects just below of the coast structure B. In addition, thereby, it may be simply and effectively prevented that bottom substances in water area around the coast structure B become slime and the surrounding environment become worse resulting from bad smell or the like due to the slime.
【課題】簡易かつ有効に付着性水生生物の大量増殖を抑制する手段の提供。【解決手段】沿岸構造物Bの表面B1に設置する水生生物付着低減部材Aであって、部材Aの基盤面1に長尺細長片2及び短尺細長片3が起立状に多数形成されており、長尺細長片2の基盤面からの高さd1が20〜33mm、短尺細長片3の基盤面1からの高さd2が10〜18mmである水生生物付着低減部材を提供する。本部材Aにより、付着性水生生物の大量増殖を簡易かつ有効に抑制できるため、沿岸構造物Bの直下へ死亡・脱落した個体が堆積することを抑制でき、さらに、それに起因したその周辺水域の底質のヘドロ化、及び、それに伴う悪臭などによる周辺環境の悪化を、簡易かつ有効に防止できる。【選択図】図1
