SEDIMENT INFLOW PREVENTION MATERIAL OF POROUS DRAIN TUBE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sediment inflow prevention material having a strength to bear against the weight of embankment capable of effectively preventing flow-in of sediment while satisfactorily maintaining the water permeability into the porous drain tube for long time.SOLUTION: The sediment inflow prevention material of a porous drain tube is constituted of a laminate in which two different fiber webs of many fibers are integrally piled up. The two different fiber webs in the laminate include a coarse layer which has a coarse structure and a dense layer which has a dense structure. At least the dense layer includes heat-adhesive fibers constituting the dense layer, which are subjected to heat-adhesion by fusing or softening the heat-adhesive component of the heat-adhesive fiber.
【課題】土砂の流入を効果的に防止して、有孔排水管への透水性を長期間に亘って良好に維持でき、盛土の重量にも耐えうる強度を備えた有孔排水管への土砂流入防止材を提供する。【解決手段】多数の繊維が堆積してなる2種の繊維ウェブが積層一体化した積層体により構成され、該積層体における2種の繊維ウェブが、粗な構造を有する粗層と密な構造を有する密層であり、少なくとも密層は熱接着繊維を含有し、該熱接着繊維の熱接着成分が溶融または軟化することにより密層を構成する繊維同士を熱接着していることを特徴とする有孔排水管の土砂流入防止材。【選択図】 なし
