STRUCTURE REINFORCING MEMBER, FILLING METHOD OF FILLER, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STRUCTURE REINFORCING MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure reinforcing member which is simple in structure, and does not cause the leakage of a filler.SOLUTION: A rod material 2 is inserted into a pipe 1, and engagement members 31, 32 are movably arranged at both end parts of the rod material 2 so as to be movable between a closing position which abuts on end edges 11, 12 of the pipe 1 by a closing faces 310, 320, and in which a material filling space S is closed, and a separation position which is separated from the end edges 11, 12, and in which the material filling space S communicates with the outside, and the material filling space S is closed by the engagement members 31, 32 and the closing faces 310, 320 in a state that the filler M is filled into the material filling space S. Therefore, since the filler M is sealed in the material filling space S which is closed by the pipe 1, the rod material 2 and the engagement members 31, 32, the filler is not leaked to the outside. Furthermore, the sealing of the filler M into the material filling space S is enabled by a simple structure such as the pipe 1, the rod material 2 and the engagement members 31, 32.
【課題】簡易な構造であるとともに、充填材料を漏出することがない構造体補強部材を提供する。【解決手段】パイプ1の内部に棒材2を挿入し、棒材2の両端部にそれぞれ係合部材31,32を、閉塞面310,320でパイプ1の端縁11,12を当接して材料充填空間Sを閉塞する閉塞位置と、端縁11,12から離隔して材料充填空間Sが外部と連通する離隔位置との間で移動可能に設け、材料充填空間Sに充填材料Mが充填された状態で、係合部材31,32の閉塞面310,320で材料充填空間Sを閉塞した。そのため、充填材料Mは、パイプ1、棒材2及び係合部材31,32で閉じられた材料充填空間Sに密閉されているので、外部に漏出することがない。しかも、充填材料Mの材料充填空間Sへの密封を、パイプ1、棒材2及び係合部材31,32という簡易な構造によって実現することができる。【選択図】図1
