SEAL STRUCTURE OF SWIVELING BEARING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a swiveling bearing which does not cause the leakage of grease from a bearing internal space, has a low manufacturing cost and materializes easy seal replacement work.SOLUTION: This seal structure is applied to a swiveling bearing in which a plurality of rolling elements 3 are arranged between raceway grooves 1a, 2a of an inner ring 1 and outer ring 2, and the seal structure seals both axial-direction ends of a bearing internal space 5 by a pair of elastic-body made seal body 11. The seal body 11 is composed of a plurality of different bodies which are positioned while being aligned in inside/outside directions of the bearing internal space 5. Base parts 14a, 15a of seals 14, 15, are attached to common seal attachment grooves 10 which are formed in a race ring 1 of one of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2. The seal 14 for grease being a seal located at the most inside/outside-direction inside of the bearing internal space 5 radially contacts at its tip, with a peripheral face of the other race ring 2.
【課題】 軸受内部空間からのグリース漏れが無く、生産コストが安く、シール交換作業が容易な旋回軸受のシール構造を提供する。【解決手段】 このシール構造は、内輪1および外輪2の各軌道溝1a,2a間に複数の転動体3が設けられた旋回軸受に適用され、一対の弾性体製のシール体11により軸受内部空間5の軸方向の両端をそれぞれ封止する。シール体11は互いに軸受内部空間5の内外方向に並んで位置する複数の別体のシールからなる。各シール14,15は、内外輪1,2のいずれか一方の軌道輪1の周面に形成された互いに共通のシール取付け用溝10に基部14a,15aが取り付けられる。軸受内部空間5の内外方向の最も内側の位置するシールであるグリース用シール14は、先端が他方の軌道輪2の周面にラジアル接触する。【選択図】 図1
