POWDER MATERIAL FOR LAMINATE MOLDING, LAMINATE MOLDING SET, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATE MOLDED OBJECT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder material for laminate molding with which a laminate molded object with a complicated three-dimensional shape causing less transfer to a non-absorbable hydroxyapatite and having no cytotoxicity even when implanted into an organism can be produced easily and efficiently with high strength and satisfactory dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: A powder material for laminate molding contains a calcium phosphate powder and satisfies the following A) or B). A transfer rate of hydroxyapatite (HAp) of a cured object obtainable by curing the powder material for laminate molding is 1% or less. A) An organic compound having a phosphate group or carboxyl group is applied to a surface of the calcium phosphate powder, and an amount of application of the organic compound is 10,000 ppm or less. B) Powder composed of an organic compound having a phosphate group or carboxyl group is further contained, and an amount of the organic compound mixed into the calcium phosphate powder is 50 mass% or less.
【課題】生体内に移植しても非吸収性のハイドロキシアパタイトへの転移が少なく、細胞毒性がなく、複雑な立体形状の積層造形物を、簡便かつ効率良く、高強度で寸法精度良く製造し得る積層造形用粉末材料の提供。【解決手段】リン酸カルシウム粉末を含有してなる積層造形用粉末材料であって、下記A)又はB)を満たし、かつ前記積層造形用粉末材料を硬化させてなる硬化物のハイドロキシアパタイト(HAp)転移率が1%以下である積層造形用粉末材料である。A)前記リン酸カルシウム粉末表面に、リン酸基もしくはカルボキシル基を有する有機化合物が付与され、該有機化合物の付与量が10,000ppm以下である。B)リン酸基もしくはカルボキシル基を有する有機化合物からなる粉末を更に含み、該有機化合物の前記リン酸カルシウム粉末に対する混合量が50質量%以下である。【選択図】なし
