PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stopping device 2 and a door device 1 which can stop a door 13 at a prescribed position by engaging a rotor 24 into a recess 21c with fixed engaging force without damaging a door side fixture 21.SOLUTION: A door stopping device which stops a door 13 suspended in a movable manner in an extension direction with respect to an attached lateral base 12 positioned above an entrance door 11 through which a person goes in and out and extending in a horizontal direction at an opened position for opening the door or a closed position for closing the door consists of: a door side fixture 21 which is attached to a connection metal fitting 13b provided on the upper part of the door 13 and attaching a hanger roller 13c rolling on a rail part 12a formed in the attached lateral base 12; and a base side fixture 22 which is attached to the attached lateral base 12 to attach the door side fixture 21.
【課題】ドア側固定金具２１を傷つけずに回転体２４を凹部２１ｃに常に一定の係合力で係合させて、ドア１３を所定位置に制止させることができるドア制止装置２およびドア装置１を提供する。【解決手段】人物が出入りする出入口１１の上部に位置し水平方向に延びる取付横向ベース１２に対して延出方向に移動可能に吊下げられるドア１３を開口する開き位置又は閉止する閉じ位置で制止させるドア制止装置であって、ドア１３上部に設け取付横向ベース１２に形成されるレール部１２ａ上を転動するハンガーローラ１３ｃを取り付ける連結金具１３ｂに取り付けるドア側固定金具２１と、取付横向ベース１２に取付けられドア側固定金具２１を取り付けるベース側固定金具２２と、によって構成する。【選択図】図２
