PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stable quality, and to shorten a construction period by sharply reducing a field work.SOLUTION: A lateral-direction anchor groove is formed on the vertical surface of a skeleton, and a primer layer and an adhesive layer are formed on the vertical surface, and a waterproof sheet composed of urethane resin-based urethane waterproof agent molded outside a construction site is attached up to the vicinity of the anchor groove on the vertical surface, and the upper end portion is positioned in the vicinity of the anchor groove, and the insertion protrusion of a resin fixture is inserted into the anchor groove, and the end portion of the waterproof sheet is pressed to the vertical surface side by the sheet pressing part of the resin fixture, or the waterproof sheet is loosened just under the anchor groove, and the end portion of the waterproof sheet is inserted into the anchor groove, and fixed with adhesive resin.
【課題】現場作業を大幅に減らして、安定した品質を確保して、工期の短縮を図る。【解決手段】躯体の垂直面に横方向のアンカー溝を形成し、垂直面にプライマー層、接着剤層を形成し、垂直面のアンカー溝の付近まで、施工現場外で成型したウレタン樹脂系のウレタン防水剤からなる防水シートを貼り、上端部をアンカー溝付近に位置させ、アンカー溝に、樹脂固定具の挿入突起を差込み、樹脂固定具のシート押さえ部で防水シートの端部を垂直面側へ押さえる、もしくは、防水シートは、アンカー溝の直下で弛ませて、アンカー溝に防水シートの端部を差込み、接着剤樹脂で固定する。【選択図】 図４
