COIL MOLDING LAYING DEVICE, COIL MOLDING LAYING METHOD, LINING METHOD, AND REGENERATION PIPE PASSAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laying an easily performable coil molding in an existing pipe.SOLUTION: A first diameter expansion device has first guides 94a, 94d and 94c, and a second diameter expansion device includes a mechanism for releasing a coil molding held in a diametrically reduced state on a core material and expanding the diameter, and a second guide 194c, and is connected to the back of the first diameter expansion device. By pulling the first diameter expansion device by a rope extending through a first manhole, a plurality of core materials 20a1, 20a2 and 20a3 holding a vacant core material and individually radially reduced coil moldings succeeding the former are pulled, while being connected by a connecting member 290, from a second manhole into an existing pipe 100. Coil moldings 10a1, 10a2 and 10a3 are diametrically expanded by removing the coil moldings 10a1, 10a2 and 10a3 sequentially by a radially expanding mechanism of a second diameter expansion device from the individual core materials 20a1, 20a2 and 20a3.
【課題】簡単に行えるコイル成形体を既設管内へ敷設する方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1拡径装置は第1ガイド94a,94d,94cを有し、第2拡径装置は芯材上に縮径された状態で保持されているコイル成形体を解放して拡径する機構と第2ガイド194cを有し、第1拡径装置の後方に連結される。第1マンホールを通したロープによって第1拡径装置を引っ張ることによって、空芯材とそれに続く各々が縮径したコイル成形体を保持した複数の芯材20a1,20a2,20a3を、連結部材290連結した状態で、第2マンホールから既設管100内に引き込む。第2拡径装置の拡径機構によって各芯材20a1,20a2,20a3から順次コイル成形体10a1,10a2,10a3を外すことによって拡径する。【選択図】図15
