PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating/heat-shielding sheet having jointly heat insulating property and heat shielding property, and to provide a heat-insulating/heat-shielding wall paper using the same or a heat-insulating/heat-shielding roll curtain or screen.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat-insulating/heat-shielding sheet in which a gas-containing layer is formed on one surface side of an aluminum layer, and a far-infrared radiation material layer containing a far-infrared radiation material radiating/absorbing a far infrared ray and having the emissivity of the far infrared ray of 0.6 or higher is formed on the other surface side of the aluminum layer.
