METHOD OF PRODUCING CERAMIC MOLDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a cylindrical ceramic molding having a staged hole by hydrostatic pressing which does not cause cracking.SOLUTION: A method of producing a ceramic molding includes a step of preparing a bottomed cylindrical die in which a lower lid is equipped at one end of a cylindrical rubber die, a step of filling the bottomed cylindrical die with a ceramic powder, a step of inserting a stepped core equipped with a circular upper lid at one end of a columnar core having a step part into the bottomed cylindrical die filled with the ceramic powder and sealing the ceramic powder in the molding die consisting of the bottomed cylindrical die and the stepped core, a step of molding the ceramic powder by applying a hydrostatic pressure to the molding die to form a ceramic molding and a step of removing the ceramic molding from the molding die.
【課題】静水加圧成形において段付穴を有する円筒状のセラミックス成形体を製造するに際し、クラックの発生がないセラミックス成形体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状ゴム型の一端に下蓋が装着された底付円筒型を準備する工程と、前記円筒底付型にセラミックス粉末を充填する工程と、前記セラミックス粉末が充填された前記底付円筒型に、段差部を有する円柱状コアの一端部に円形の上蓋が装着された段付コアを挿入し、前記セラミックス粉末を前記底付円筒型と前記段付コアからなる成形型に密閉する工程と、前記成形型に静水圧をかけることで前記セラミックス粉末を成形し、セラミックス成形体を形成する工程と、前記セラミックス成形体を前記成形型から取り外す工程と、を有するセラミックス成形体の製造方法とする。【選択図】図１
