FIXTURE FOR SCAFFOLD TIE MEMBERS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for scaffold tie members, which is fixed with a heat insulating material sandwiched between a metallic frame on the indoor side of joints and the fixture and secures the strength to withstand bending loads.SOLUTION: A fixture 1 for scaffold tie members comprises a connecting part 2 connected to an end part 12 of the scaffold tie member at a tip part 2a of the fixture that passes through a joint 21 and is located on the outdoor side of the joint 21, and a base part 3 fixed on a metallic peripheral frame 24 that holds the connecting part 2 and is located on the indoor side of the joint 21. The base part 3 is fixed on the outer peripheral frame 24 with a heat insulating material 23 sandwiched between the outer peripheral frame 24 and the base part. The holding part of the base part 3 that holds the connecting part has a convex part 4 that protrudes in the thickness direction of the base part 3, and has a plate thickness greater than the parts other than the holding part as the convex part 4 is included in the thickness.
【課題】目地よりも屋内側にある金属製のフレームとの間に断熱材を挟んだ状態で固定される足場つなぎ部材用の取り付け治具について、曲げ荷重に対する強度を確保する。【解決手段】足場つなぎ部材用の取り付け治具１が、目地２１を通過し目地２１よりも屋外側に位置した先端部２ａに足場つなぎ部材の端部１２に接続される接続部２と、該接続部２１を保持し目地２１よりも屋内側に位置した金属製の外縁フレーム２４に固定されるベース部３と、を備える。ベース部３は、外縁フレーム２４との間に断熱材２３を挟んだ状態で外縁フレーム２４に固定される。また、ベース部３のうち、接続部を保持している保持部分は、ベース部３の厚み方向に突出した凸状部４を備え、凸状部４を備える分だけ保持部分以外の非保持部分よりも肉厚となっている。【選択図】図４
