PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save space by housing a sliding and folding door 15 outside a door frame 2 when a sliding and folding door device A is fully open, at the same time securing a wide, open space in an opening 4 of the door frame 2.SOLUTION: A sliding and folding door 15 has a sliding door 16 that is slid in the horizontal direction and two folding doors 18L and 18R linked on the tail side of the sliding door 16. The sliding door 16 is installed slidably along a door frame 2. The sliding door 16 and the adjacent folding door 18L on the door end side are linked to allow rotation around a vertical shaft center and sliding, the two folding doors 18L and 18R are linked to allow rotation around a vertical shaft center and sliding, and the end on the door tail side of the folding door 18R on the door tail side is supported to allow rotation, via a folding door shaft 22 that has a vertical shaft center on a supporting bracket 6 positioned in front near the door frame 2. The sliding and folding door 15 is configured to have the folding doors 18L and 18R folded and housed outside an opening 4 in front of the door frame 2, at the position where the opening 4 within the door frame 2 is fully open.
【課題】引き折戸装置Ａの全開時に戸枠２の外側に引き折戸１５を収納するための省スペース化を達成しつつ、戸枠２の開口４内に広い開放スペースを確保できるようにする。【解決手段】引き折戸１５は、左右方向に引き操作される引戸１６と、この引戸１６の戸尻側に連結された２枚の折戸１８Ｌ，１８Ｒとを備え、引戸１６は、戸枠２に沿ってスライド移動可能に設けられている。引戸１６とそれに隣接する戸先側折戸１８Ｌとは上下方向の軸心回りに揺動可能に連結され、２枚の折戸１８Ｌ，１８Ｒは上下方向の軸心回りに揺動可能に連結され、戸尻側に位置する戸尻側折戸１８Ｒの戸尻側端部は、戸枠２周囲の前側に位置する支持ブラケット６に上下方向の軸心を有する折戸軸２２を介して揺動可能に支持されている。引き折戸１５が戸枠２内の開口４を開いた全開位置では、折戸１８Ｌ，１８Ｒが戸枠２前側の開口４の外部で折り畳まれて収納されるように構成する。【選択図】図１
