PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply and drainage facility unit having movement type facility equipment which is easily connected and has simple constitution, and a water supply and drainage method.SOLUTION: A water supply and drainage facility unit 1 includes: fixed-side sanitary facility equipment 101 which has a first water supply pipe 110 and a first drainage pipe 130, and is fixed to an architectural structure 100; movable-side sanitary facility equipment 201 which has a second water supply pipe and a second drainage pipe openable to the outside, and is made movable; a water supply-side connection part 20 which is branched from the first water supply pipe 110, and can be attached to and detached from the second water supply pipe; and a drainage-side connection part 30 which is branched from the first drainage pipe 130, and can be attached to and detached from the second drainage pipe.
【課題】容易に接続可能であるとともに簡易な構成の移動式の設備機器を有する設備機器ユニット及び給排水方法を提供する。【解決手段】給排水設備ユニット１は、第一給水管１１０及び第一排水管１３０を有するとともに、建築物１００に固定された固定側衛生設備機器１０１と、外部に向かって開口可能な第二給水管及び第二排水管を有するとともに、移動可能とされた移動側衛生設備機器２０１と、前記第一給水管１１０から分岐され、前記第二給水管に着脱可能に構成された給水側接続部２０と、前記第一排水管１３０から分岐され、前記第二排水管に着脱可能に構成された排水側接続部３０と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
