CLEAN ROOM STRUCTURE AND CLEAN ROOM CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify reinforcement or the like of the existing floor construction or enable omission, and improve the degree of freedom of paths such as various ducts and wiring/piping of a clean room with the installation of a fireproof compartment, and also facilitate the inspection and maintenance/management thereof.SOLUTION: An extension structure (10) has: steel structure pillars (11) obtained by joining a pillar base and a pillar head with an existing floor structure (F1) and a horizontal member (B1) of an upper floor, respectively; steel structure beams (12) joined in an intermediate level of the pillar; refractory ceiling structures (20) suspended to the beams and extended in the lower sides of the beams; and refractory wall structures (30) erected on the floor structure. The wall structure and the ceiling structure define a clean room (50) continuously to each other, and form a fireproof compartment spaced apart from a floor structure (F2) of an upper floor.
【課題】既存の床構造体の補強等を簡素化し又は省略可能にするとともに、防火区画の設置に伴うクリーンルームの各種ダクト及び配線・配管等の経路の自由度を向上し且つその点検及び維持・管理を容易にする。【解決手段】増築構造体(10)は、既存の床構造体(F1)と上階の横架材(B1)とに柱脚部及び柱頭部を夫々接合した鋼構造の柱(11)と、柱の中間レベルに接合した鋼構造の梁(12)と、梁に懸吊され且つ梁の下側に延在する耐火構造の天井構造体(20)と、床構造体上に建込まれた耐火構造の壁構造体(30)とを有する。壁構造体及び天井構造体は、互いに連接してクリーンルーム(50)を画成するとともに、上階の床構造体(F2)から離間した防火区画を形成する。【選択図】図4
