LARGE-DIAMETER DUCTILE CAST IRON PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-diameter ductile cast iron pipe that is used as a sheath pipe buried in the ground, capable of standing high-external pressure and has an external diameter of 600 mm or more.SOLUTION: The large-diameter ductile cast iron pipe 1 with an external diameter of 600 mm or more can stand such the high-external pressure as an external pressure resistance Po of 2.0 MPa or more by controlling the ratio D/t of an external diameter D to a net pipe thickness t to 45 or less.
【課題】地山に埋設されるさや管として使用する、高い外圧に耐えられる、外径が６００ｍｍ以上の、大口径ダクタイル鋳鉄管を、提供する。【解決手段】外径が６００ｍｍ以上の、大口径ダクタイル鋳鉄管１の、外径Ｄと、正味管厚ｔとの比、Ｄ／ｔを、４５以下とすることにより、耐外圧Ｐｏが、２．０ＭＰａ以上の、高い外圧に耐えられるものとした。【選択図】図１
