MIRROR SURFACE DECORATIVE SHEET, AND MIRROR SURFACE DECORATIVE PLATE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror surface decorative sheet having excellent specularity, and excellent surface characteristics and working characteristics, and to provide a mirror surface decorative plate using the same.SOLUTION: The mirror surface decorative sheet comprises a substrate layer comprising a substrate resin layer and a base resin layer, and a surface protective layer. The substrate resin layer has a thickness of 60 to 160 μm, and hardness of 300 to 1000 MPa as measured by the following method. The base resin layer has a thickness of 100 to 300 μm, and hardness of 600 to 1900 MPa as measured by the following method. A total thickness of the substrate resin layer and the base resin layer is 200 to 460 μm. The surface protective layer is a layer disposed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition on the base resin layer side of the substrate layer with its thickness being 2 to 15 μm.
【課題】優れた鏡面性を有し、かつ優れた表面特性と加工特性を有する鏡面化粧シート、及び該化粧シートを用いた鏡面化粧板を提供すること。【解決手段】支持体樹脂層とベース樹脂層とを有する基材層、及び表面保護層を有し、該支持体樹脂層の厚さが60〜160μmであり、下記の方法により測定された硬さが300〜1000MPaであり、該ベース樹脂層の厚さが100〜300μmであり、下記の方法により測定された硬さが600〜1900MPaであり、該支持体樹脂層とベース樹脂層の厚さの合計が200〜460μmであり、該表面保護層は該基材層のベース樹脂層の側に電離放射線硬化性樹脂組成物を架橋硬化して設けられる層であり、その厚さが2〜15μmである、鏡面化粧シートである。【選択図】図1
