REFRACTORY FOR CASTING, NOZZLE FOR CASTING USING THE SAME AND PLATE FOR SLIDING NOZZLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving durability of a refractory used for long time use or many time repeating use such as a refractory for casting, especially a nozzle for casting or a plate for sliding nozzle.SOLUTION: There is provided a refractory for casting containing AlOC of 15 to 80 mass%, AlN of 0.5 to 20.0 mass% and the balance refractory components. The refractory for casting has a layer having thickness of 2 to 250 μm on a part or all of particle surface containing AlOC, and the layer has a different structure from particle inside containing AlOC excluding the layer and contains components of Al, N, O and C.
【課題】鋳造用耐火物、特に鋳造用ノズルやスライディングノズル用プレートのように長時間使用又は多数回繰り返し使用に供される耐火物の耐用性を向上させる方法の提供。【解決手段】Ａｌ４Ｏ４Ｃを１５〜８０質量％、ＡｌＮを０．５〜２０．０質量％含有し、残部が耐火性成分からなる鋳造用耐火物。この鋳造用耐火物は、Ａｌ４Ｏ４Ｃを含む粒子表面の一部又は全部に、厚みが２〜２５０μｍの層を有し、当該層は、当該層を除くＡｌ４Ｏ４Ｃを含む粒子内部とは異なる構造であって、Ａｌ、Ｎ、Ｏ及びＣの成分を含有する。【選択図】なし
