ARTIFICIAL STONE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial stone that is lighter than concrete and at least as strong as semi-hard stone, and is obtained by using a large quantity of mud, such as dredged sediment, as materials.SOLUTION: A hydration-hardened body is obtained by hydration-hardening a mixture of mixing materials that include mud, a binder, and powdered steelmaking slag, the body having a mass per unit volume of 2,000-2,200 kg/m. A large amount of mud such as dredged material is used as a material, so that it can be utilized effectively. Furthermore, the resultant stone is lighter than concrete and at least as strong as semi-hard stone. Therefore, the artificial stone is particularly useful for applications of stone materials which require stone to be light, strong and durable.
【課題】材料として浚渫土などの泥土を多量に使用し、準硬石以上の強度を有し且つコンクリートよりも軽量な人工石材を提供する。【解決手段】泥土、結合材および粉粒状の製鋼スラグを含む混合材料の混練物を水和硬化させて得られた水和硬化体であって、単位容積当たりの質量が2000〜2200kg/m3である。材料として浚渫土などの泥土を多量に使用するため、それらの有効利用を図ることができ、しかも準硬石以上の強度を有し且つコンクリートよりも軽量であるため、強度・耐久性と軽量性とが求められる石材用途に特に有用なものである。【選択図】図2
