JOINING BRACKET, AND JOINING STRUCTURE AND JOINING METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining bracket that can be fixed without inserting a pin from the side surface of the horizontal member, when joining a longitudinal member such as a pillar or a vertical roof strut on the horizontal member such as a foundation or a sleeper, and to provide a joining structure and a joining method using the same.SOLUTION: A joining bracket 1 is provided for joining a longitudinal member 20 on a horizontal member 10. A joint part 2 is formed by folding a plate-like member outward and being aligned, and is disposed vertically. The joint part 2 has a through-hole 4 with a fixing pin 8 inserted therein, is inserted to an insertion groove 21 formed in the lower end of the longitudinal member 20, and a fixing pin 8 is inserted into the through-hole 4 through a pin hole 22 formed in the longitudinal member 20, and thereby is fixed to the longitudinal member 20. A leg part 3 is formed by folding outside the plate-like member at both lower ends of the joint part 2, respectively, and is disposed horizontally. The leg part 3 has the screw hole with the screw 6 inserted therein, and is fixed on the horizontal member 10 by the screw 6 through the screw hole.
【課題】土台や大引き等の横架材上に柱や小屋束等の縦材を接合する際に、横架材の側面からピンを差し込むことなく固定可能な接合金具およびこれを用いた接合構造ならびに接合方法の提供。【解決手段】横架材10上に縦材20を接合する接合金具1であり、板状の部材が山折りにして合わせられて垂直に配置された接合部2であり、固定ピン8が挿入される貫通孔4を有し、縦材20の下端に形成された差込溝21に差し込まれ、縦材20に形成されたピン穴22を通じて貫通孔4に固定ピン8が挿入されることにより縦材20に固定される接合部2と、板状の部材が接合部2の両下端部でそれぞれ外側に折られて水平に配置された脚部3であり、ビス6が挿入されるビス孔を有し、ビス孔を通じてビス6により横架材10上に固定される脚部3とを有する。【選択図】図2
