EXTRUDED CEMENT BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruded cement board in which failures in manufacture such as pull cracks are eliminated, and fire-resistance performance and strength properties are improved.SOLUTION: An extruded cement board 10 is formed of multiple hollows 2 opened on both end surfaces in the longitudinal direction in a band plate-shaped board body 1, and has multiple longitudinal ribs 4 for connecting between both side walls 3 of the board body 1 in the lateral direction of the board body 1. Each longitudinal rib 4 is provided at a slant alternately to each other in the opposite direction, and is provided in conjunction with each other in the connection part with both side walls 3. Each cross section of the hollow 2 is defined in a triangle shape by each longitudinal rib 4. An overall thickness B of the board body 1 is 80 mm or more and 110 mm or less, and a thickness A of both side walls 3 is 20 mm or more and 25 mm or less. A thickness G of the longitudinal rib 4 is (A-5) mm or more and (A+5) mm or less. An apical angle θ of the hollow 2 formed in the connection part of the longitudinal rib 4 is 45° or more and 120° or less.
【課題】引き割れ等の製造時の不具合を解消するとともに、耐火性能及び強度性状の向上を図る。【解決手段】帯板状の板体1に、その長手方向の両端面に開口する中空部2が複数形成された押出成形セメント板10であって、板体1の両側壁部3の間をその板体1の短手方向に連結する複数の縦リブ部4を有し、各縦リブ部4は、交互に互いに逆向きに傾斜して設けられるとともに、両側壁部3との接続部において相互に連結して設けられ、各縦リブ部4によって中空部2の横断面が三角形状に区画されており、板体1全体の厚みBが80mm以上110mm以下とされ、両側壁部3の厚みAが20mm以上25mm以下とされ、縦リブ部4の厚みGが(A−5)mm以上(A+5)mm以下とされ、縦リブ部4の連結部に形成される中空部2の頂角θが45?以上120?以下とされている。【選択図】 図2
