METAL BRACKET OF WALL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bracket of a wall panel that can be mounted easily, can acquire sufficient spring reaction force when mounted, causes little stress concentration in a contact part between the wall panel or a support pillar and the inner surface of a fitting groove, and is free from a risk of coming-off.SOLUTION: An end part of a sound insulation plate 31 is inserted into a fitting groove 25 formed on the side face of a support pillar 21, and the sound insulation plate 31 is fixed to the support pillar 21 by spring reaction force of a metal bracket 1. The metal bracket 1 includes a first vertical side part 2 that contacts the reverse face of the sound insulation plate 31, and a second vertical side part 3 that extends continuously from the lower part of the first vertical side part 2 obliquely upward. An intermediate part of the second vertical side part 3 is provided with an inwardly curved part 5. When the metal bracket 1 is mounted, an apex of the inwardly curved part 5 makes spring deformation in a direction that the curvature of the apex increases, and, at the same time, upper and lower bent parts 6 and 7 of the inwardly curved part 5 makes spring deformation in a direction that they extend so that large spring resilience can be acquired. At the time of mounting the metal blacket 1, the support pillar 21 is brought in contact with two locations: the vicinity of the lower bend part 6 located at a lower part of the inwardly curved part 5, and the upper part of the upper bend part 7 located at the upper part of the inwardly curved part 5.
【課題】装着が容易で、装着時に十分なバネ反力が得られ、かつ壁パネルや支柱の嵌合溝の内面との当接部分における応力集中が少なく、抜け出しの恐れのない壁パネルの固定金具を提供する。【解決手段】支柱21の側面に形成された嵌合溝25に遮音板31の端部を挿入し、固定金具1のバネ反力によって遮音板31を支柱21に固定する。固定金具1は遮音板31の裏面に当接する第1縦辺部2と、第1縦辺部2の下部から連続し斜め上方に延びる第2縦辺部3とを有する。第2縦辺部3の中間部には内向き湾曲部5が設けられており、固定金具1を装着したときに、内向き湾曲部5の頂部の曲率が大きくなる方向にバネ変形し、同時に内向き湾曲部5の上下の屈曲部6、7が広がる方向にバネ変形することで、大きなバネ復元力を得ることができる。固定金具1の装着時には内向き湾曲部5下方の屈曲部6の近傍と上側の屈曲部7より上方の2箇所で当接する。【選択図】図1
