PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-fitting material that can improve the sealing of the gaps in kiln.SOLUTION: Provided is a press-fitting material applied to kiln, in which the mixture composition is adjusted so as to accompany a volume expansion of 1.3-fold or more as compared to before heating, when heated under an environment of atmospheric temperature of 80°C to 500°C; for example, in a total amount of 100 mass%, a liquefied gas-including thermoplastic material is admixed by 0.5 mass% or more and 3 mass% or less, and a silicate is admixed by 3 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less.
【課題】窯炉における隙間の密封性を向上させることができる圧入材を提供すること。【解決手段】窯炉に適用される圧入材において、８０℃〜５００℃の雰囲気温度環境下で加熱した時に、加熱前よりも１．３倍以上の体積膨張を伴うように配合組成を調整する。例えば、合量１００質量％中に、液化ガスを内包した熱可塑性プラスチック体を０．５質量％以上３質量％以下、珪酸塩を３質量％以上１０質量％以下配合する。【選択図】なし
