PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane ceiling that enables tension of a membrane material to be adjusted even in the state of attachment of a frame material to a ceiling side.SOLUTION: A membrane ceiling includes: a rectangular frame part; fastening parts 3 that are provided on two opposed sides of the frame part and that protrude a shaft part 3b toward the inside of the frame; an adjustment part 7 that is provided in the shaft part 3b and that can rotate the fastening part 3; a membrane fixing part 4 that is attached to a tip side with respect to the adjustment part 7 of the shaft part 3b via an elastic part 8 and that moves in a frame inside/outside direction by rotation of the adjustment part 7; and an incombustible membrane part that is provided in a tensioned state on the undersurface side of the frame part by fixing an end to the membrane fixing part 4.
