PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of decorative board capable of easily and reliably aligning of patterns among neighboring decorative boards (design alignment) when plural decorative boards are used in combination.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a decorative board 100 which includes a backing 10 and a decorative sheet 20 having a predetermined pattern 21. The manufacturing method includes: a backing placing step to place a backing on a table 40; a backing fixing step to fix the backing, using a pair of fixtures 50 each having an index 51 formed for aligning the pattern to a predetermined position of the backings; a joint step to join a decorative sheet to the backing after aligning the decorative sheet to fixed backing according to the index formed on the fixture.
【課題】複数の化粧ボードを組み合わせて用いる場合に、隣り合う化粧ボード間でのパターンの位置合わせ（柄合わせ）を容易かつ確実に行うことができる化粧ボードの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】基材１０と所定のパターン２１を有する化粧シート２０とを備えた化粧ボード１００の製造方法であって、台４０上に基材を設置する基材設置工程と、パターンを基材の所定の位置に合わせるための指標５１が設けられた治具５０を用いて、基材を固定する基材固定工程と、固定された基材に、治具に設けられた指標に従い位置合わせをして、化粧シートを基材に接合する接合工程とを有する。【選択図】図２
