HOT AND COLD WATER MIXING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixing device capable of efficiently restraining a phenomenon that a discharged water temperature and a discharged water flow rate are periodically varied by regulating a movement speed of a main valve element.SOLUTION: A hot and cold water mixing device 1 of this invention includes a valve seat 30 for hot water, a valve seat 34 for water, a valve element 12 for hot water, a pressure chamber 36 for hot water having a pressure release hole 36a for hot water, a valve element 14 for water, a pressure chamber 46 for water having a pressure release hole 46a for water, pilot valves 16 and 18 varying an amount of hot water flowing out of the pressure release hole for hot water of the pressure chamber for hot water and varying an amount of water flowing out of the pressure release hole for water of the pressure chamber for water, a pilot valve driving part 26 for driving the pilot valves, a bypass spring 24 for energizing the pilot valve driving part to one side, a temperature sensing spring for energizing the pilot valve driving part to the other side in accordance with a temperature of the hot water mixed in a hot and cold water mixing device body, and movement speed regulating means 72 and 74 for regulating a movement speed of the valve element for hot water and a movement speed of the valve element for water.
【課題】主弁体の移動速度を規制することにより、吐水温度及び吐水流量が周期的に変化する現象を効果的に抑制することができる湯水混合装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の湯水混合装置1は、湯用弁座30と、水用弁座34と、湯用弁体12と、湯用圧力開放穴36aが形成された湯用圧力室36と、水用弁体14と、水用圧力開放穴46aが形成された水用圧力室46と、湯用圧力室の湯用圧力開放穴から流出する湯量を変化させると共に、水用圧力室の水用圧力開放穴から流出する水量を変化させるパイロット弁16,18と、パイロット弁を駆動するパイロット弁駆動部26と、パイロット弁駆動部を一方側に付勢するバイアスばね24と、湯水混合装置本体内で混合された湯水の温度に応じてパイロット弁駆動部を他方側に付勢する感温ばねと、湯用弁体の移動速度と水用弁体の移動速度を規制する移動速度規制手段72,74とを有する。【選択図】図2
