FLOATING TYPE FENCE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating type fence capable of reliably keeping a storage liquid leaked from a tank inside a fence body at a predetermined position when the storage liquid leaks from a tank immersed in water.SOLUTION: A floating type fence comprises a plurality of steel pipe piles 2, 2 ... arranged at intervals inside a dike 13 built around a tank 12 which stores a storage liquid 11 having a lower density than water; a plurality of lower cables (movable bodies) 3, 3 ... supported at the plurality of steel pipe piles 2, 2 ... in a vertically movable manner and restrained from horizontally moving; a floating body 4 that can float on the water surface; and a fence body 5 connected to the floating body 4, suspended from the floating body 4 when the floating body comes to the surface, and expanded in a cylindrical shape around the tank 12. The fence body 5 is engaged with the plurality of lower cables 3, 3 ..., and the plurality of lower cables 3, 3 ... are configured to be movable to the upper side of the dike 13.
【課題】浸水したタンクから貯留液が漏洩した際に、タンクから漏洩した貯留液を所定の位置においてフェンス本体の内側に確実に留めることができる浮上式フェンスを提供する。【解決手段】水よりも低比重の貯留液１１を貯留するタンク１２の周囲に構築された防液堤１３の内側に間隔をあけて配列された複数の鋼管杭２，２…と、複数の鋼管杭２，２…に上下方向に移動可能に支持されるとともに水平方向の移動が拘束された複数の下ケーブル（移動体）３，３…と、水面に浮上可能な浮体４と、浮体４と連結され浮体が浮上した際に浮体４から垂下しタンク１２の周囲に筒状に展開されるフェンス本体５と、を備え、フェンス本体５は、複数の下ケーブル３，３…に係止されていて、複数の下ケーブル３，３…は、防液堤１３の上側へ移動可能に構成されている。【選択図】図１
