ORIGINAL MATERIAL OF ORNAMENT CERAMIC AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF ORNAMENT CERAMIC
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original material which can express a shape, color, and quality with high accuracy, has excellent heat resistance and fixability, which does not cause crack and breakage even when molding is performed and burning is repeated after molding, which hardly causes layer separation with a base material, and which is excellent in retention of a molding state of a surface.SOLUTION: An original material of ornament ceramic comprises: a base material 1 having a layer formation surface having fine irregularities on at least one surface of it; and a molding layer 2 formed on the layer formation surface of the base material 1, and is formed in an integrated state. At least a layer part of the molding layer 2 adjacent to the base material 1 is formed of petalite as a main agent, and is fixed along the fine irregularities.
【課題】形状、色、質感等を高い精度で表現することが可能でありながら、優れた耐熱性と定着性とを有し、成形や成形後の繰り返し焼成によってもヒビやワレが発生せず、また素地との層分離を起こしにくく、表面の成形状態の保持性に優れた原材を提供する。【解決手段】微細凹凸部を有する層形成面を少なくとも1面に有する素地1と、素地1の前記層形成面に層形成された成形層2と、を具備して一体的に形成された装飾セラミックスの原材であって、成形層2のうち少なくとも素地1と隣接する層部分は、ペタライトを主剤とし、かつ素地1の前記微細凹凸部に沿って定着されている装飾セラミックスの原材。【選択図】図2
