REMOTE-OPERATED DRAIN PLUG DEVICE USING MAGNET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-operated drain plug device capable of raising a valve body for certain even when magnet is used, capable of preventing jumping out of the valve body from an exhaust port even when the magnet is strong, and also capable of preventing erroneous operation of a remote-operated drain plug device that uses magnet.SOLUTION: In a remote-operated drain plug device that uses magnet comprising a box-shaped tank 1 with the top surface open, an exhaust port 2 formed on the bottom surface of the tank 1 for discharging drainage downward, a valve body 4 installed on the exhaust port 2 and provided with a magnet S1 for raising the valve body from the exhaust port 2 by magnetic reaction, and a magnet S2 actuated in correspondence with the magnet S1 of the valve body 4, a safety device is installed for preventing jumping out of the valve body 4 from the exhaust port 2 due to magnetic reaction when the valve body 4 is raised.
【課題】磁石を用いた遠隔操作式排水栓装置でも、確実に弁体が上昇することができ、磁石の磁力を相当程度強力にしても、排水口から弁体が飛び出すことを防止することができ、磁石を用いた遠隔操作式排水栓装置の誤作動を防止することができる遠隔操作式排水栓装置を提供する。【解決手段】上方が開口した箱体である槽体1と、槽体1底面に構成した排水を下流へと通過させる排水口2と、排水口2に備えるとともに、磁石S1を備えて磁力の反発によって排水口2から上昇する弁体4と、前記弁体4の磁石に対応する作動用の磁石S2と、から構成される磁石を用いた遠隔操作式排水栓装置において、前記弁体4の上昇時、磁力の反発により弁体4が排水口2から飛び出さないために安全装置を設けた。【選択図】図1
