WATERPROOF DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an improvement point due to increasing maintenance difficulty of a cylinder and a failure frequency by water since the cylinder is stored in a casing, and the problem of causing an enlargement of the casing, a cost increase and complication of work, since there is an advantage of surely and smoothly lifting a waterproof door, in a structure for lifting the waterproof door to a medium by the cylinder and a chain, by connecting a part between the waterproof door and the cylinder by the chain, by storing the waterproof door and the cylinder in the casing, in a conventional waterproof door.SOLUTION: In a waterproof door, its casing can be blocked up by a top plate of a waterproof door provided in the doorway, and a lifting mechanism is arranged in a pair of column units erected in the casing, and a cylinder of the lifting mechanism is arranged on the aboveground side in the column units, and a sprocket and a chain of the lifting mechanism are arranged in an underground position in the column units, and the free end-the waterproof door of a rod of the cylinder and the chain are connected, and is effective in miniaturization of the casing, cost reduction, simplification of work, facilitation of maintenance of the cylinder and avoidance of failure.
【課題】従来の防水扉では、筐体内に防水扉とシリンダを収容し、防水扉とシリンダとの間をチェーンで連繋し、シリンダ、チェーンを媒体に防水扉を昇降する構造であり、防水扉の昇降が、確実・スムーズに行える利点がある。筐体にシリンダを収容するので、シリンダのメンテナンス困難性と、水による故障頻度が高くなる改良点と、筐体大型化と、コストの上昇・工事複雑化等を招来する問題点とかが考えられる。【解決手段】出入口に設けた防水扉の天板で、その筐体を閉塞可能とし、筐体に立設した対の柱ユニット内に、昇降機構を配備し、昇降機構のシリンダを、柱ユニット内の地上側に配備し、昇降機構のスプロケットとチェーンを、柱ユニット内の地中位置に配備し、シリンダのロッドの自由端・防水扉と、チェーンとを連結する防水扉である。筐体小型化と、コスト低減化、並びに工事簡略化と、シリンダのメンテナンス容易化と故障回避に有効である。【選択図】 図1−1
