ROLLING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling machine capable of executing application of a load of a post-treatment device without having influence on rolling work.SOLUTION: A rolling machine comprises a traveling hydraulic pump of a traveling hydraulic circuit connected to an engine, a water absorbing-sprinkling hydraulic pump for forming a hydraulic pressure source of a water absorbing-sprinkling hydraulic circuit provided separately from the traveling hydraulic circuit and connected to the engine, a water absorbing-sprinkling hydraulic motor driven by the water absorbing-sprinkling hydraulic pump and a water absorbing-sprinkling water pump for rotating in response to rotation of the water absorbing-sprinkling hydraulic motor, in which the water absorbing-sprinkling hydraulic circuit comprises a discharge conduit and a return conduit, and a post-treatment device is provided in the middle of an exhaust conduit of the engine, and comprises a switching valve for driving or stopping the water absorbing-sprinkling hydraulic motor by switching to communication or cutoff on the discharge conduit, and comprises a load generating relief valve for relieving the temperature in the post-treatment device under increasably set predetermined pressure when the switching valve is a cutoff state, on a bypass conduit of merging with the return conduit, by branching off from the discharge conduit.
【課題】後処理装置の負荷掛けを転圧作業に影響することなく実施可能な転圧機械を提供する。【解決手段】エンジンに連結された走行用の油圧回路の走行用油圧ポンプと、走行用の油圧回路とは別に設けた吸散水用の油圧回路の油圧源を成し、エンジンに連結された吸散水用油圧ポンプと、吸散水用油圧ポンプよって駆動する吸散水用油圧モータと、吸散水用油圧モータの回転に伴って回転する吸散水用水ポンプとを備え、吸散水用の油圧回路は、吐出管路と、戻り管路とを備えた転圧機械において、エンジンの排気管路の途中に後処理装置を設け、吐出管路上に連通もしくは遮断に切り換えて吸散水用油圧モータを駆動もしくは停止する切換弁を備え、吐出管路から分岐し、戻り管路に合流するバイパス管路上には、切換弁が遮断状態のときに、後処理装置内の温度を上昇可能に設定した所定圧力でリリーフする負荷発生用リリーフ弁を有している。【選択図】図2
