HABITABILITY EVALUATION SYSTEM ON OSCILLATION OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a habitability evaluation system on oscillation of a building, the system being capable of easily evaluating in real time a habitability at an upper area of a building shaking largely due to, for example, strong wind.SOLUTION: A habitability evaluation system includes oscillation detection means 2 installed at an upper area of a building 1 to detect magnitudes of oscillations as time history data, and evaluation means 4 to evaluate habitability at the installation site of the oscillation detection means 2 from the time history data sent from the oscillation detection means 2. The evaluation means 4 includes: calculation means 5 to set evaluation references for the habitability in plural levels corresponding to a natural period of the building 1, and calculate a maximum value of the oscillation at predetermined time intervals from the time history data detected by the oscillation detection means 2; and display means 6 to visually display the evaluation references in plural levels and the maximum value of the oscillation calculated by the calculation means 5 in real time on a coordinate where the lateral axis shows times to calculate the maximum values and the vertical axis shows the maximum values of the oscillation.
【課題】強風等によって大きな揺れが生じる建物の上部における居住性をリアルタイムに、かつ容易に評価することができる建物の振動に関する居住性評価システムを提供する。【解決手段】建物１の上部に設置されて振動の大きさを時刻歴データとして検出する振動検出手段２と、振動検出手段２から送信された時刻歴データから設置個所における居住性を評価する評価手段４とを備え、評価手段４は、建物１の固有周期に対応した複数段階の居住性の評価基準を設定するとともに、振動検出手段２によって検出された時刻歴データから一定時間ごとに上記振動の最大値を算出する演算手段５と、演算手段５によって算出された複数段階の評価基準と振動の最大値とを、リアルタイムに、横軸を最大値の算出時刻とし縦軸を振動の最大値とする座標上に目視可能に表示する表示手段６とを備える。【選択図】図４
