PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor storage unit capable of holding a cover in a small/large open state according to the purpose of use such as underfloor inspection or article storage.SOLUTION: An underfloor storage unit 1 includes: a frame member 2 installed to the end face of an opening 3 formed in a floor 9; a lid member 5 which covers the opening 3; a pivotal opening/closing mechanism 20 which connects the lid member 5 to the frame member 2 with a hinge so as to rotate above the floor 9; a storage member 10 which is attached to the rear side of the lid member 5, and which has a storage port 11 at the free end side of the lid member 5; a holding part 31 for holding the lid member 5 in a state being opened at a predetermined sharp angle relative to the floor surface 9; and a second holding part 32 for holding the lid member 5 in a state being opened at an angle larger than the predetermined sharp angle to allow a person to enter the underfloor.
【課題】床下点検、物品収納などの使用態様に応じて、蓋体を大きくまたは小さく開いてその状態で保持できる床下収納装置を提供する。【解決手段】床下収納装置１は、床面９に設けた開口部３の端面に取り付けられた枠体２と、その開口部３を塞ぐ蓋体５と、この蓋体５を枠体２でヒンジ結合し、床面９の上方側で回動可能とした回動開閉機構２０と、蓋体５の裏面側に取り付けられ、蓋体５の自由端部側に収納口１１を有した収納部材１０と、蓋体５を床面９に対し所定の鋭角角度に開いた状態で保持する保持部３１と、所定の鋭角角度よりも大きい、人が床下に入れる角度に開いた状態で蓋体５を保持する第二保持部３２とを備えている。【選択図】図１
