CURING UNIT AND DISMANTLING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing unit which can alleviate noise and prevent crushed debris from scattering and is easily installed.SOLUTION: A curing unit 19 comprises: an outer shell 24 which has an open lower end; a weight 33 suspended in the outer shell 24; and a wire 27 to suspend the outer shell 24. When the curing unit 19 is lowered onto a cast-in-place pile 1 by being suspended through the wire 27 in preparation for crushing and demolishing excess concrete 3 of the cast-in-place pile 1, the weight 33 is placed on the excess concrete 3 and the outer shell 24 is installed so as to cover the periphery of the excess concrete 3. Then, the excess concrete 3 is crushed with a demolition agent.
【課題】騒音を低減するとともに破砕ガラの飛散を防止でき、設置も容易な養生ユニット等を提供する。【解決手段】養生ユニット19は、下面に開口を有する外皮部24と、外皮部24の内部に吊るされた錘33と、外皮部24を吊るためのワイヤ27を具備する。現場造成杭1の余盛コンクリート3を破砕して解体する際に、現場造成杭1の上方から養生ユニット19をワイヤ27で吊り下ろすと、余盛コンクリート3に錘33が載置されるとともに、外皮部24が余盛コンクリート3の周囲を覆うように設置される。その後、破砕剤により余盛コンクリート3の破砕を行う。【選択図】図4
