PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a guide rail to be fitted with a slide type door body in a short period of construction.SOLUTION: A swing type door is removed from an opening part 1 having a FIX window, and a floor surface is broken on an indoor side of a floor hinge 3 to form a recessed part 32. A guide rail groove part 34a is fitted in the recessed part 32, and flange parts 34b provided on both upper sides of the guide rail groove 34a are mounted on the floor surface to cover the recessed part 32. Then the flange parts 34b are fixed to the floor surface with bolts 36 and fisher plugs 37. A support member provided with a horizontal frame and an upper rail is fixed to a sill of the FIX window as a rammer provided to the opening part 1 and an upper part of the FIX window, and an opening/closing door 12 is suspended from the upper rail through a roller. A guide part 35 provided at a lower end of the opening/closing door 12 is inserted slidably into the guide rail groove part 34a of a rail body 34 provided on the floor surface.
【課題】スライド式の戸体を取り付けるガイドレールを短い工期で容易に設置できる。【解決手段】ＦＩＸ窓を備えた開口部１からスイング式ドアを撤去し、フロアヒンジ３の屋内側で床面を斫って凹部３２を形成する。凹部３２内にガイドレール溝部３４ａを陥入させ、ガイドレール溝部３４ａの上部両側に設けたフランジ部３４ｂを床面に載置することで凹部３２を覆う。そして、フランジ部３４ｂをボルト３６とフィッシャープラグ３７で床面に固定する。開口部１とＦＩＸ窓の上部に設けたランマとしてのＦＩＸ窓の下枠に横枠と上部レールを設けた支持部材を固定し、上部レールに開閉ドア１２をローラを介して吊り下げる。開閉ドア１２の下端に設けたガイド部３５を床面に設けたレール本体３４のガイドレール溝部３４ａにスライド可能に挿入した。【選択図】図３
