EVALUATION METHOD FOR EVALUATING DURABILITY OF VACUUM DOUBLE GLAZING AND EVALUATION DEVICE FOR EVALUATING DURABILITY OF VACUUM DOUBLE GLAZING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly evaluate durability of a vacuum double glazing in a relatively short period of time.SOLUTION: An evaluation device for evaluating durability of a vacuum double glazing is provided which includes: a first space and a second space adjacent to each other; temperature change means for increasing and decreasing a temperature of the first space; and temperature maintaining means for maintaining the temperature of the second space within a constant range. A vacuum double glazing for evaluation is arranged between the first space and the second space. The vacuum double glazing for evaluation has a space between a first glass substrate and a second glass substrate and the space is sealed by a seal structure. The vacuum double glazing for evaluation is arranged in such a way that the first glass substrate is positioned at the side of the first space and the second glass substrate is positioned at the side of the second space. The temperature change means repeats the increase/decrease of the temperature of the first space at a cycle of one time or more per two hours.
【課題】真空複層ガラスの耐久性を、比較的短い時間で迅速に評価する。【解決手段】真空複層ガラスの耐久性を評価するための評価装置であって、相互に隣接する第1の空間および第2の空間と、前記第1の空間の温度を増減させる温度変化手段と、前記第2の空間の温度を一定範囲に維持するための温度維持手段と、を有し、前記第1の空間と前記第2の空間の間には、評価用の真空複層ガラスが配置され、該真空複層ガラスは、第1のガラス基板と第2のガラス基板の間の空間がシール構造によりシールされ、前記第1のガラス基板が前記第1の空間の側となり、前記第2のガラス基板が前記第2の空間の側となるように配置され、前記温度変化手段は、前記第1の空間の温度の増減を、2時間に1回以上のサイクルで繰り返すことを特徴とする評価装置。【選択図】図1
