PRINTING METHOD OF ELECTRODE PASTE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method of an electrode paste which enables orientation of flat conductive particles contained in an electrode paste in parallel with the surface of a sheet and thereby achieves a good electrode layer filling factor and suppression of electrode interruption during a heat treatment and makes electrode thinning compatible with high coverage attainment after baking.SOLUTION: A printing method of an electrode paste comprises preparing a sheet and then an electrode paste containing a flat conductive particle having a magnetism, printing the electrode paste on the sheet and passing the electrode paste-printed surface of the sheet in a plurality of radial magnetic fields in parallel with the electrode paste-printed surface of the sheet after the printing of the sheet with the electrode paste and before drying the electrode paste.
【課題】電極ペーストに含まれる偏平な導電性粒子をシートの面と平行に配向させることができ、それにより、電極層充填率が良好で、熱処理時の電極切れを抑制することができ、焼成後に電極厚薄層化と高カバレッジ化の両立が可能な電極ペーストの印刷方法を提供する。【解決手段】まず、シートが準備される。次に、磁性を有する偏平状導電性粒子を含む電極ペーストが準備される。シート上に電極ペーストが印刷される。電極ペーストをシート上に印刷した後であって電極ペーストが乾燥する前に、シートの電極ペースト印刷面と平行な複数の放射状の磁場中にシートの電極ペースト印刷面を通過させる。【選択図】図１
