FORMWORK FOR PRODUCING MEMBER FOR JOINING PRECAST CONCRETE FOOTING BEAM PART, INSERT KIT, AND POSITIONING METAL FITTING FOR PRECAST CONCRETE FOOTING BEAM MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formwork and insert kit capable of improving productivity of a member for joining a precast concrete footing beam part in a factory or the like, and a positioning metal fitting for a precast concrete footing beam member capable of improving workability at a construction site.SOLUTION: In a formwork 50 for producing a member for joining a precast concrete footing beam part in the invention, a cavity part 53 is formed in a U shape by: an outer mold 51 formed into a box type in which an upper part is open by a base plate 51a and a plurality of side plates 51b erected from the peripheral edge of the base plate in a vertical direction; and a middle mold 52 supported by one side plate among plural side plates so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane with respect to the base plate. In the removal of a concrete block 54 from the formwork, the concrete block 54 can be easily drawn out from the middle mold in such a state as to rotate and move the middle mold in the vertical plane since a force pulling downward acts on the concrete block by the tare weight of the formwork.
【課題】 工場等におけるプレキャストコンクリート基礎梁部接合用部材の生産性を向上できる型枠及びインサートキット及び施工現場での作業性を向上できるプレキャストコンクリート基礎梁部材用位置決め金具を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明のプレキャストコンクリート基礎梁部接合用部材の製造用型枠５０は、底板５１ａと、底板の周縁部から鉛直方向に立ち上がる複数の側板５１ｂとによって上部が開口した箱型に形成される外型５１と、底板に対して鉛直面内で回転可能となるように複数の側板のうち一つの側板に支持される中型５２とによってキャビティ部５３がＵ字状に形成されており、脱型時には中形を鉛直面内上方に回転移動させた状態でコンクリートブロック５４を鉛直方向に引き抜くことを特徴とする。型枠の自重によりコンクリートブロックに対して下方に引っ張る力が作用するので、コンクリートブロックを中型から容易に引き抜くことができる。【選択図】図９
