REFRACTORY PRODUCT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refractory product that is used for glass products.SOLUTION: A refractory product includes: a body including zircon grains, and having an outer portion and an interior portion; and an intergranular phase present between the zircon grains, and including silicon oxide. The refractory product satisfies the relational expression of SO<0.5 SO. In the expression, SOis the wt.% of a silicon oxide phase in the interior portion measured at a depth of 5,000 μm from an outer surface, and SOis the wt.% of the free silicon oxide phase in the outer portion, measured at a depth of 100 μm from the outer surface. SOis 1.0 to 5.0 wt.%, and the body comprises 90 wt.% or more of ZrSiO.
【課題】ガラス製造において使用するための耐火製品の提供。【解決手段】ジルコン結晶粒を含み、外側部分と内部部分とを有する本体と、ジルコン結晶粒間に存在し、酸化ケイ素を含む粒界相と、を含む耐火製品。ＳＯＯＰ＜０．５ＳＯＩＰの関係式を満足する耐火製品。（ＳＯＩＰが外側表面から５０００μｍの深さのところで測定された内部部分内の酸化ケイ素相の重量％、ＳＯＯＰが１００μｍの深さで測定された外側部分内の遊離酸化ケイ素相の重量％）。ＳＯＩＰが１．０〜５．０ｗｔ％であり、本体が９０重量％以上のＺｒＳｉＯ４で構成される耐火製品。【選択図】図５
