POLYLACTIC ACID BASE RESIN FOR THERMOFUSION TYPE ROAD-MARKING COATING MATERIAL AND THERMOFUSION TYPE ROAD-MARKING COATING COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid base resin for a thermofusion type road-marking coating material in which a balance between molecular weight and melt viscosity is satisfactory, and achieving the coexistence of the coating suitability and coating film strength in a thermofusion type coating material.SOLUTION: Provided is a polylactic acid base resin for a thermofusion type road-marking coating material characterized in that number average molecular weight lies in the range of 25,000 to 50,000, a ratio between L-lactic acid residue and D-lactic acid residue, (L/D) lies in the range of 90/10 to 50/50, and the main component of the D-lactic acid residue being D-lactic acid residue derived from mesolactide.
【課題】熱溶融型塗料のコーティング適性と塗膜強度の両立を実現する、分子量と溶融粘度のバランスが良好な熱溶融型道路標示塗料用ポリ乳酸系樹脂を提供すること。【解決手段】数均分子量が、2万5千から5万の範囲にあり、L−乳酸残基とD−乳酸残基の比(L/D)が、90/10〜50/50の範囲にあり、該D−乳酸残基の主成分がメソラクチド由来のD−乳酸残基であることを特徴とする熱溶融型道路標示塗料用ポリ乳酸系樹脂。【選択図】なし
