STAIRS STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairs structure without requiring excess ascent-descent when using X stairs, by attaining even restraint of a floor height, while attaining an increase in rentable ratio by taking in the X stairs.SOLUTION: A stairs structure constitutes X stairs 2 by superposing a pair of folding-back stairs 1A and 1B, and the respective folding-back stairs 1A and 1B comprise an intermediate landing 3 uncommunicating with a stairs external part and a going-in-and-out landing 4 provided above and below the intermediate landing 3 and communicating with the stairs external part, as a landing for constituting a folding-back part of the stairs. A part for constituting the intermediate landing 3 is formed of an inverse beam in a stringer 8 positioned on the outer peripheral side among a pair of stringers 8 and 9 for supporting footboards 6 of the respective folding-back stairs 1A and 1B from both sides.
【課題】Ｘ階段を取り入れてレンタブル比の上昇を図りつつ階高の抑制をも達成し、Ｘ階段の使用時に余分な昇降を必要ともしない階段構造を提供すること。【解決手段】一対の折り返し階段１Ａ，１Ｂを重ねてＸ階段２を構成した階段構造であって、各折り返し階段１Ａ、１Ｂは、階段の折り返し部を構成する踊り場として、階段外部に通じない中間踊り場３と、該中間踊り場３の上下に設けられ、階段外部に通じる出入用踊り場４とを有し、各折り返し階段１Ａ、１Ｂの踏板６を両側から支持する一対の側桁８，９のうち外周側に位置する側桁８において、前記中間踊り場３を構成する部位を逆梁とした。【選択図】図３
