METHOD FOR ON-SITE PRODUCTION AND PLACING OF READY MIXED CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for on-site production and placing of ready mixed concrete capable of easily producing the ready mixed concrete on site and immediately placing the produced ready mixed concrete on an intended place without requiring a large-scale ready mixed concrete production facility.SOLUTION: In a method for on-site production and placing of ready mixed concrete, coarse aggregate F such as gravel is input into a bucket 4, from above the same, which has an open upper end and an injection port 4C to inject a binding agent M such as cement milk at a bottom section thereof (a first process). Then, the ready mixed concrete C is produced in a state where the binding agent M and the coarse aggregate F are almost uniformly mixed by: pressing the binding agent M into the bucket 4 through the injection port 4C from an outside; and upwardly pushing air A out of gaps among the coarse aggregate F in a manner that replaces the air A in the gaps with the binding agent M injected from the lower section of the bucket 4 (a second process). Next, the ready mixed concrete C is placed on a location of use by tilting the bucket 4 above the same (a third process).
【課題】 大規模な生コンクリートの製造設備を必要とすることなく、現場で簡単に生コンクリートを製造することができ、製造された生コンクリートを直ちに目的の場所に打設することが可能な生コンクリートの現場製造打設方法を提供する。【解決手段】 上端が開放され、底部にセメントミルク等の結合剤Mを注入する注入口4Cを有するバケット4内に、上方から砂利等の粗骨材Fを投入し(第1の工程)、次に、前記注入口4Cを通して外部からバケット4内に結合剤Mを圧入し、下方から順次粗骨材F間に結合剤Mを充満させて粗骨材F間の空気Aを上方に追い出し、結合材Mと骨材Fが略均一に混合された状態にして生コンクリートCを製造する(第2の工程)。次に、バケット4を使用場所の上で傾転させて生コンクリートCを当該使用場所へ打設する(第3の工程)。【選択図】 図3
