CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USED FOR HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION AGITATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent protrusion of the peripheral ground and a blow of a hardener, by always monitoring the supply airflow rate of compressed air by a simple method and confirming abnormality of the supply airflow rate.SOLUTION: A construction management system is provided with a compressor 3 connected to an injection rod 4 and supplying compressed air for imparting injection pressure to a hardener N, an airflow rate detection part 31 for detecting supply airflow rate of the compressor 3 and a signal transmission part 32 for transmitting a signal on the basis of a result of comparing an airflow rate value detected by the air capacity detection part 31 with a preset reference value. The upper end of a borehole 11 along the injection rod 4 is provided with a branch part 5 for branching off an air vent pipe 51 and a ground sludge removal pipe 52. The branch part 5 is provided with a foreign matter collection part 54a having a port part for connecting the air vent pipe 51 and the ground sludge removal pipe 52, and collecting foreign matter in removed sludge. The foreign matter collection part 54a is provided with an openable-closable cover body.
【課題】簡単な方法で圧縮空気の供給風量を常時監視し、その供給風量の異常を確認できるので、周囲地盤の隆起や硬化材の噴発を防止することができる。【解決手段】注入ロッド4に接続され、硬化材Nに噴射圧力を付与する圧縮空気を供給するコンプレッサ3と、コンプレッサ3の供給風量を検出する風量検出部31と、風量検出部31で検出された風量値を設定基準値と比較した結果に基づいて信号を発信する信号発信部32とを備え、注入ロッド4に沿うボーリング孔11の上端には、エア抜き管51と地上排泥管52とを分岐する分岐部5が設けられ、分岐部5には、エア抜き管51と地上排泥管52を接続する口部を有し、排泥中の異物を回収する異物回収部54aが備えられ、異物回収部54aには、開閉可能な蓋体が設けられた構成の施工管理システムを提供する。【選択図】図1
