PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stadium that economically allows reduction in a shade area occurring in an arena and a driving rain area occurring in a stand.SOLUTION: A stadium comprises an arena 1, a stand 2 disposed in the periphery of the arena 1, and a roof 3 to open a top of the arena 1 and cover the top of the stand 2. The roof 3 includes a roof sheet 5 and a roof girder 6 for supporting the roof sheet 5. The roof sheet 5 is arranged under the roof girder 6, and a light transmission roof part 3Ba having optical transparency is provided in a front side area which is positioned on the side of the arena 1.
【課題】アリーナに生じる日陰領域の減少、及び、スタンドに生じる吹き降り領域の減少を、経済的に実現する。【解決手段】アリーナ１と、アリーナ１の周部に配置したスタンド２と、アリーナ１の上を開放し、且つ、スタンド２の上を覆う屋根部３とを備えた競技場であって、屋根部３は、屋根板５と、屋根板５を支持する屋根大梁６とを備えて構成してあり、屋根板５は、屋根大梁６の下に配置してあると共に、アリーナ１側に位置する前側領域に、光透過性を有する透光屋根部３Ｂａを備えている。【選択図】図２
