PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening and closing device which has a door capable of being opened and closed at a high speed and can promptly stop the door when the same is collided with an obstacle.SOLUTION: A door opening and closing device 13 comprises: an electric motor 132 which performs opening and closing drive of a door 131; a detection section 33 which detects load torque applied to the electric motor 132 while the same performs the opening and closing drive of the door 131; a determination section 34 which determines whether or not the detected load torque exceeds a predetermined reference value; and a stop control section 35 which stops the electric motor 132 by controlling the same in a manner that generates drive torque in an identical direction to the detected load torque when the same exceeds the reference value.
【課題】高速で開閉可能なドアを備え、障害物に衝突したドアを速やかに停止できるドア開閉装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドア１３１を開閉駆動する電動モータ１３２と、電動モータ１３２がドア１３１を開閉駆動している間に電動モータ１３２に加わる負荷トルクを検出する検出部３３と、検出した負荷トルクが、予め設定された基準値を超えるかどうかの判定を実行する判定部３４と、検出した負荷トルクが基準値を超えた場合に、検出した負荷トルクと同一の方向の駆動トルクが発生するように電動モータ１３２を制御して電動モータ１３２を停止させる停止制御部３５と、を有するドア開閉装置１３。【選択図】図２
